terms

50 percent of the session fee is required to book and hold your appointment. The remainder is due in full at the time of the shoot. In the event of rebooking, you may reschedule the session up to but no later than 6 months from the original booking date. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of non-booking after six months. A 50 percent deposit is required when placing all print, framing and album orders through the photographer. the remaining balance is due on or before the delivery of the items ordered.

your photos will be ready for viewing online within two weeks of your session. You are welcome to share this gallery with friends and family. After five days, your online gallery will be removed and may be reposted for a $40 fee. When you have made your ordering decsions, call or email me with your selection. Your payment is due upon ordering.

each print is individually color corrected to ensure the best quality from the images captured. Prints are available on matte or lustre paper, in color, black & white and sepia tones. Additional retouching available upon request $50 per hour billed in 10-minute increments). Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of print orders. Bulk prints are mass produced and not retouched.

your satisfaction
my goal is your complete satisfaction. I will start from scratch should you not be completely thrilled with your images. All images are to be inspected and approved by you at delivery; after this, all sales are final. There are no returns on prints or albums. Please take special care with your images. I cannot be responsible for damaged or lost prints after they leave my possession.

gift certificates
gift certificates make a lovely gift for baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's/Father's Day, client thank yous and more. They may be purchased in monetary increments or in any combination of session fees and products. The gift certificate is customized with your message and presented in an envelope and can be mailed to your recipient upon request.

payment methods
cash and checks are accepted for session fees, print and album orders.

referrals
the greatest source of new clients is satisfied current clients. I offer discounts on future sessions or complimentary prints to thank you for recommending your friends, colleagues and neighbors. I try my best to acknowledge the source or each new client, but please remind me if I forget to credit you.
